2026 Season Information

Good Afternoon!
It was wonderful seeing everyone at the meet and greet who was able to come out! If you did not attend, please see the attached information flyer. Please see all of the important information below to prepare for the start of the season.
Registration:
If you are not already registered, registration will close Friday, May 8th at 11:59p.
Final Practice Schedule:
Practices will begin Monday, May 11th and will run from Monday-Thursday until June 8th.
SHRIMPS (6 and under): 4:00 - 4:45 pm **This is updated based on registration numbersHigh School: 4:00 - 5:00 pm
Elementary School: 5:00 - 5:45 pm
Middle School: 5:45 - 6:45 pm
Volunteering:
In response to feedback from last year's survey, we have moved volunteer sign ups to Jotform (similar to Sign Up Genius). You will sign up for volunteer positions on the website. When you register, you will get a confirmation email. Reminders will be mailed out before meets to all volunteers. Your volunteer sign ups will also be visible on the SwimTopia app.
No swimmer will be entered into a meet where the family has not signed up for TWO FULL MEETS of positions. If a volunteer does not show up for their position without notice to the board by email ([email protected]), all swimmers from that household will not be eligible to compete in the next scheduled meet.
Every family that exceeds the volunteering minimum will be entered into a raffle to receive a $150 refund on their registration at the end of the season banquet. Each half meet volunteering in addition to the 2 meet minimum will be one entry. A full meet position will receive two entries. There is no limit on additional positions and entries into the raffle.
Team Gear:
T-shirts and caps will be given out before the first meet. If your family would like to purchase additional team t-shirts (1 t-shirt is provided for every rostered swimmer), please place an order here by midnight, Friday, May 8. We also have team towels for sale throughout the season.
