Welcome to the Brandon Oaks Sharks!
We are so excited for the upcoming 2026 season! We have been working hard to get ready for lots of swim & fun in the coming months, and we will continue to load this page with updates as we have them. Our team is for swimmers ages 4-18. We will be using this website, our Facebook page, and the mobile app as our main source of getting information out about the season. Introducing Head Coach: Celia Browne
Hi! My name is Celia Browne, and I recently moved to Charlotte from Connecticut. I am currently a teacher at Sun Valley and am passionate about working with young people both in and out of the classroom.
I have been swimming since the age of five and have always loved the sport. I began coaching and lifeguarding in high school, and I’ve enjoyed helping swimmers grow in their skills, confidence, and love for the water ever since. When I moved to Sun Valley, I was given the opportunity to step into a Head Coach role. I loved my first season so much that I knew I had to continue!
I am so excited to work with the swimmers at Brandon Oaks and to learn more about and become part of this wonderful community.
