Parents,

Please make sure you have downloaded the Swimtopia app. You do not need to have the paid one unless you want to see heats and lanes during the meets.

Once you download and set it up you will see all of the meets for the season including the mock "meet" for tomorrow (Friday).

Please click on each meet and follow these steps: (you must do this for each meet)

1. You will see a button to push that says "Meet SignUp". Push that. 

2. Click the edit button

3. Click the undeclared next to your childs name (if you have more than one child you need to do this for each one)

4. Choose if they are attending or not and hit save

5. At the top left hit Done and it will go back to the front page of that meet

6. Just above the name of the meet you will see it says Brandon Oaks with an arrow pointing to the right...click that and it takes you back to the very beginning with the list of all the meets.

Please do this for all meets. 

If you declare them swimming every meet and something comes up that you need to back them out for one of the meets you go through the same steps and you just choose not attending.

We need to have your swimmers declared at least 3 days prior to a meet so the coaches have time to enter the swimmers into the system and place them. 

It is also important that you attend the meets you sign up for so that if they are in a relay that relay team can still swim or just to make sure we have enough swimmers in the heats. Yes the goal is to have fun, but the kids also love to win the meets.
